Ximena Romero, Founder & CEO
 
Ximena lives for the arts. 
 
From birth in Colombia, to youth in the United States, and through adulthood spent traveling around the world, art has been Ximena’s life rhythm, as an opera singer, painter, and sculpter. Ximena has studied the arts, the business of art, and sold art to private clients for more than two decades.
 
A few years ago while attending Art Basel, Ximena noted the very small number of female artist expositions on display.  The explanation provided by leadership was that “women don’t sell enough”.  The shock, anger, and determination she felt in that moment lead to the creation of FemmeArts. Femmearts sole purpose is to showcase female artists—many of whom are clearly being left out of marketplace today. 
 
The fight for gender equality is real and it exists within the arts today. Femmearts is here to make a meaningful change, and art buyers around the world looking for female talent come here to find it.

Felix Green, Co-Founder


Felix is a serial entrepreneur with a broad background in technology including blockchain and e-commerce. His specialty lies in early stage startup advisory and building sustainable business models. Felix’s involvement from the founding of Femmearts has been essential to its launch and creation, including the planning and creation of Femmearts’ technology stack.

Bibiana brings 30 years of brand development experience to Femmearts, leading brand, marketing, and communications. Bibiana’s design ideas have transformed Femmearts from a concept to a brand with a unique look and feel.
